(address, map, and links below)

As we officially begin our 28th season, we turn to two writers who promise to guide us through a literally fantastic evening!

KRADKeith R.A. DeCandido has written innumerable novels, short stories, comic books, and nonfiction. He's written in more than thirty licensed universes—most recently Marvel, Orphan Black, Aliens, Night of the Living Dead, and Summoner's War—and his own worlds—most recently the fantasy police procedural Mermaid Precinct, the Bronx-based urban fantasy A Furnace Sealed, and stories featuring Shirley Holmes & Jack Watson, the Super City Cops, and Cassie Zukav, weirdness magnet.

Keith's short story "Ganbatte" in Joe Ledger: Unstoppable won the Scribe Award for Best Media Tie-in Short Story this year. He is also a third-degree black belt, a professional percussionist, an editor, and a pop culture critic. Find out less at his mediocre web site at DeCandido.net.

Angus Watson

Angus Watson is the David Gemmell-award nominated author of Age of Iron. As well as writing epic fantasy, he's written hundreds of features for newspapers including The TimesFinancial Times and Telegraph, and the latter even sent him to look for Bigfoot in America. He lives in London, but you can find him on Twitter @GusWatson or find his website at guswatson.com.

The New York Review of Science Fiction Reading Series provides performances from some of the best writers in science fiction, fantasy, speculative fiction, etc.  The series usually takes place the first Tuesday of every month, but maintains flexibility in time and space, so be sure to stay in touch through the mailing list, the Web, and Facebook.

The Cafe has excellent food, a coffee bar, beer and wine.  The Jenna freebie table will offer books and goodies, as will the raffle for any who donate.

When attending our events, please use only common scents. Preferably NO perfumes or colognes!  We like the smell of people, and we have at least one staff member who is truly allergic and was bedridden for the better part of three weeks after an event. Thank you for understanding.
